Credit Terms:
50% deposit is required before the order will be processed into production . The balance of the order
will be shipped out C.O.D. or must be paid prior to shipping.

Returns and Claims, and Defective Merchandise:
All returns must have a return authorization number. Should any shortage or claim occur, please advise within 5 days
After this period no guarantees can be made regarding the settling of the problems.
No returns accepted on crested garments

Freight and Duties:
All shipments are F.O.B. Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. All foreign pricing include duties, brokerage and applicable taxes.

Additions Policy:
Presently, to process an order, Fashions by MEE Ltd. requires a minimum of 12 items. The
processing and production of smaller numbers on a custom basis is very inefficient and costly.
We have completed a cost analysis on additions to determine a price that will cover our cost to allow
us to continue to provide this service.

Additions must meet the following condition:
The additions is a re-order from a teams previous order.

The charges are as follows:

1 - 2 pieces 50%
3 - 5 pieces 35%
6 - 8 pieces 20%
9 - 11 pieces 10%

Surcharges for cresting on additions are as follows:
A) Silk-screening will be charged at a minimum price of 12 units plus appropriate art charges.
B) Embroidery and twill surcharges will be the same as addition charges.

Any additions that do not meet these conditions must be approved on an individual basis.
